Conversations Series
Strong narratives can be formed from fashion, style and body language. This series explores our voyeuristic tendencies and inclination to formulate stories of others' lives based on our own experiences and observations. Footwear, especially sneakers, can take on a life and personality of their own. The figures in these stories are intentionally rendered from the knee down. This provokes a sense of mystery around identity and provides the viewer with a heightened awareness to the most subtle of visual cues.
